Prospector Director's Meeting (November 2006)

On November 3, 2006 the library deans and directors of the libraries participating in the Prospector system met for an annual update and budgeting program.


Prospector library deans and director's met on November 3, 2006 at the Holiday Inn Select hotel on Colorado Boulevard for their annual Prospector Directors Meeting.

The group affirmed the annual budget and discussed matters relevant to the ongoing operations of the Prospector union catalog.

A PowerPoint by George Machovec provided an overview of the project which is now in its seventh year of operation.  Prospector has delivered over 375,000 items over the last 12 months between its 25 participating libraries.  The system now includes over 7 million unique titles representing over 23 million items.
